What to include

• A short description of what you were trying to do.
• Your device and browser, and the approximate time the issue happened.
• If relevant, the Scuba Steve account email and a screenshot with private information removed.

Never send passwords, one-time sign-in codes, payment-card details, or API keys by email.

Account and privacy requests

For account-access or data requests, write from the account email if possible and describe the account or content involved. We may need to verify account ownership before responding.

ChatGPT / MCP integration

For integration questions, include the ChatGPT connection name, the approximate time of the issue, and the error shown. Do not include access tokens or credentials.

Support does not provide emergency dive assistance. For an in-water or medical emergency, contact local emergency services and qualified diving-medicine support.
